October 19th, 2016.
For an incredible FIFTEENTH day in a row I'm doing a premiere (12 days of BFI London Film Festival, followed by Monday's "The Accountant" with Ben Affleck and Anna Kendrick and yesterday's commentary-less "I, Daniel Blake"). There is just one more before this streak comes to an end and I get a few days off before considering the likelihood of next Monday's "Doctor Strange" premiere.
But for now, it's a movie with a handsome couple who are also a real-life couple, in a movie whose title I really can't imagine recalling a few months from now. I could be wrong.... but here's how it went down:
So... that was that. And I quickly rushed to the nearest tube station to catch a train to St Pancras to get me home for a late-night phone conference with the US/Canada. Because that's how I roll. That, and I hope nobody too major showed up just after I left.
Fifteen days in a row down, one to go. Until next time (hopefully tomorrow) !
ps. if you want to know when I post one of these journals, feel free to follow me on such social media pipes as facebook at premieresdotco here... or twitter @berndt2_photo here. Or just vibe whenever a London Film premiere takes place and assume, hopefully, that I attended and posted a link on the home page or The Archive of Movie Premieres.
